How Asbridgingus collects, uses and protects your information. Effective November 3, 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Asbridgingus, an online counseling practice serving clients in Washington State. Questions about this policy can be sent to asbridgingus@gmail.com or +1 (425) 464-5430.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, preferred service, requested date and time, and any message you write when you use the booking form, email us, call, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Payment information: when you pay online, your card details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited details such as your name, email and the last four digits of the card, but never your full card number.
- Website usage: anonymous, aggregated statistics such as pages viewed, referring site, device type and country, collected by Vercel Web Analytics without cookies and without identifying you personally.
Please do not send health, trauma or legal details through the website form, email or WhatsApp. Those are discussed privately during your sessions.

- To process payments and send receipts
- To provide the services you ask for
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Services that help run this website
- Vercel hosts the website and provides cookie-free visitor statistics.
- FormSubmit delivers booking form messages to our inbox and sends you an automatic confirmation email.
- Stripe processes card payments.
- Zoom is used for all online sessions.
- Google (Gmail and Google Fonts) handles our email and supplies the fonts used on this site.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages if you choose to contact us that way.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookie-free. Stripe may set cookies on its own payment pages for security and fraud prevention.
How long we keep information
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and manage your appointments, and payment records as long as required for tax and accounting. Clinical records are kept separately and confidentially according to professional and legal requirements, which are explained at your first session.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to future contact. Washington residents also have rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act, including the right to access and delete consumer health data and to know who it has been shared with. To make a request, email asbridgingus@gmail.com. We will respond within 45 days.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and payments are handled entirely by Stripe. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, which is another reason we ask you not to send sensitive details through the website.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
