Online assessments

A thorough assessment gives you, and anyone you are working with such as a court, probation officer or employer, a clear picture of where things stand and what support fits. Assessments are held by Zoom and include an intake interview, standardized questionnaires where appropriate, and a written summary with recommendations. Domestic violence (DV) assessments also set your DVIT level. Progress assessments track change over time. Fees start at $500.

Stress, anxiety and sleep support

Chronic stress keeps the nervous system switched on, which can show up as panic, irritability, racing thoughts or trouble sleeping. Online sessions teach practical tools to calm the body, manage panic attacks, untangle worry and rebuild a steady sleep routine.

Online grief counseling

Grief does not follow a schedule. Whether your loss is recent or years old, Zoom sessions offer a gentle space to process it at your own pace, make sense of complicated feelings, and find ways to carry memories forward.

Substance use

Sessions can explore how substance use connects to stress and trauma. When specialized treatment is needed, Teresa will refer you to a certified substance use disorder professional.

How online sessions work

Every service is delivered live on Zoom. You receive a private link before each session and can join from a phone, tablet or computer anywhere in Washington. Payments are made securely online by card through Stripe.
